Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays). You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Delivery Time

We ship to all 50 US states from our US fulfillment center. Most orders arrive within a few business days of dispatch. Delivery estimates may vary slightly by location or during peak periods.

Shipping Cost

Free standard shipping on all US orders. No minimum order required.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system after you receive your shipping confirmation.

US Orders Only

HeelReset is currently available exclusively to customers in the United States. We ship to all 50 states.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at support@heelreset.com and we will investigate and reship immediately.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please email us a photo within 7 days of delivery at support@heelreset.com. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
